All you have to do is simply send me an email through support with clear instructions on the edits you’d like to make to your website and I get straight to work and let you know once it’s done – usually by the same business day.

Edits include any text or image change that will take 30 minutes or less. this usually covers stuff like updating event pages, adding a testimonials section, fixing mailing/hosting issues or editing your menu items.

These tasks don’t cover advanced or custom features like integrating an e-commerce online shop or membership platform, adding additional pages or building out another website. Also, they don’t cover graphic design tasks.

The reason I provide care plans is to take preventative care, so I work hard to prevent anything from happening.

Although, if something does end up happening and your website needs urgent care, I’ll be there every step of the way speaking with the hosting provider on your behalf.

I can’t promise that your website won’t get hacked but I can promise that there will be daily backups in place in order to restore your site and provide malware removal of any malicious code that may still be hanging around in your server.

If you have a task that’s not included with the care plan, I’ll need you to submit another project inquiry so I can understand what it is you need and provide a separate quote.

Although, many times I’ll evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by case basis, and with approval, work on an hourly basis for the time it takes to complete or a one-off price.

Although all of my care plans come with hosting. It’s one less thing to worry about.

Your credit card will be charged automatically at the start of each month.

Once payment has been made and completed, I’ll send you a PDF invoice to your email.

Definitely. My care plans are on a month by month basis after the first 3 months.

I’m all about building lasting relationships with you and your website, so I’d hate to see you go but I know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in.
