The Brief
The hug team home loans group is a mortgage company in San Antonio. They contacted me on building an online presence for their company. There was no online presence created before, aside from the profile pages provided by Thrive Mortgage.
They wanted a website created on WordPress that could have the ability to make edits themselves to the site. The final mortgage website created for them, is a one page type site that talks about who they are and a way for visitors to easily contact.
My Approach
Since it is a one page website, I wanted to lay it out in a way that speaks to their business and services, without taking up too much space on the page. I also wanted the users visiting the site to be able to get the information they need quickly and easily. To solve that, I created a navigation that is always fixed at the top, for easy access. The links in the navigation scroll to each section of the site, without having to manually scroll through all the sections. This creates a user friendly website that is functional and looks great!
I’ve also integrated a way for the Hug team to go into the website and make the necessary updates easily, without ever having to touch a line of code. The edits can all be made visually for a better user experience.
The Result
Custom one page WordPress web design that is responsive on all media platforms. Indexed with Google and added to Google My Business page. Mortgage website showcases who they are, the team, services, why us and contact form integrated to the bottom of the website to capture leads.
